The current 40-day Global Sadhana began on Mother’s Day- Elevating Ourselves, Blessing Our Children. I was pretty much knocked out of the box with sickness over the weekend. I wasn’t quite myself.
But now that I’m patched back together and recuperated, I’ve really begun to enjoy this sadhana more than any of the others I’ve done. Of course, this may have more than a little to do with the fact that little man gets to join in, too.
The children’s celestial communication is my absolute favorite part of this sadhana. Max nearly has it down now, and it’s probably the cutest thing I’ve ever seen. I’ll try to make a video at some point… photographing him is somewhat like trying to get a shot of a yeti, though.
Wish me luck! And try this celestial communication with any little munchkins in your life. I hope they enjoy as much as my little buddy does!

Hi there! How’s it going?
I’m (clearly) getting a bit of a slow start this week… Mother’s Day hangover. I still have high hopes for finishing the week strong. Doreen’s reading this week, with the Saints and Angels deck, is reassuring, too. As always.
Ooh… and I must get that book! Maybe I’ll get it to read while I’m traveling next week ♥

Well well well… here we are again.
I will be teaching my regular Monday class this week, then I will be on hiatus for the next couple weeks after that. Traveling! The normal schedule will resume when I return in June.

The next Global Sadhana begins this Sunday! This time, we will be “Elevating Ourselves, Blessing Our Children.” It is not only for parents and caretakers of children, but anyone who is interested in the upliftment of children worldwide.
The sadhana includes a pranayama exercise, as well as a recitation. Also, check out this video of what Snatam calls “celestial communication” for children. I love it already! I can’t wait to show it to my little man. He loves learning new songs.
I’m very excited about joining this global community to aid children and their caretakers. And it begins on Mother’s Day… such a great gift ♥

Yay! Doreen brought out the unicorns!
I was just singing “The Unicorn Song” with my little man yesterday. The Magical Unicorns oracle deck that she is using was designed to be kid-friendly- for the the children in your life or the inner children.
I love what she has to say about this week. Mostly, I love to hear that this week is a great time to rest and take it easy. With my race over the weekend, I could use some pampering.
