October is here!
It is one of my very favorite months. I get to celebrate with all of the wonderful, beloved Libras in my life, including my little man. And, man, birthdays can be fun when you are four. Like- magical.
At least, that’s how I remember it. Lucky me! I get to take part in that with my son soon.
Halloween’s also a major celebration in my house. I would venture to say that it is second only to Christmas. Big. Time. Stuff.
So, join me on Monday, October 1 at 10am to kick off this exciting month with yoga!
You know you wanna 😉
It’s that time again… Sunday. And I bet you are just burning up with curiosity about when on earth I’ll be teaching this week.
Well, wait no longer, my darlings, my dears. Monday. I’ll be teaching my regular class this Monday at 10am.
I am quite certain a lovely time will be had by all. I hope. Ha.
See you tomorrow, mes amis!
It’s a special week for the North County Yoga Goddesses! Wednesday, August 22nd marks the one year anniversary of the creation of the group. To celebrate, we will have two very special classes this week.
The first will be our regular Monday class at 10am. Then, we will celebrate one year of strength, flexibility, and sisterhood on Saturday with a shorter (~30 minute) flow practice, followed by a group picnic.
If you are living in North San Diego County and are interested in joining our group, please check us out!
Bam! Back again!
Actually, the Monday morning Yoga Goddesses class never left. It has been happening all summer, and we have been having a great time out there in the sunshine.
Join us tomorrow at 10 am for an invigorating, centering asana flow to kick off your week!
Oh, boy!! We’re back in the swing of things now. According to the schedule, at least.
I will be back to teaching my regular class on Monday this week. I’m thinking the practice will focus on grounding postures and coming (back?) into connection with the body and breath.
Guess who?!! It’s me! I know, I know. I’ve been M.I.A. for a while now. I made it back from those country roads and turned around and set off for the prairie. It’s been very good to see family and spend some time away from my little comfort zone of hOMe, but let’s be honest… I’m ready to get back.
I hope you will join me on Saturday for my glorious (?) return. Time for some yoga in the sunshine, yoga lovers!!
Well well well… here we are again.
I will be teaching my regular Monday class this week, then I will be on hiatus for the next couple weeks after that. Traveling! The normal schedule will resume when I return in June.
Hope to see you on Monday before my yoga ship sets sail!
Well, folks, I think the time is finally here… I think it’s time for the streak to be broken. The raining on my yoga parade streak, that is. With the spring thus far has come the showers that make the flowers. I’m all for that, of course, but it has made it a little tricky to teach yoga outdoors.
But I think the clouds have finally moved along their merry way, and the sun is here to shine on us.
This week, I will be teaching my regular class on Monday at 10am. Additionally, I will be teaching a special “Mother’s Day” class on Saturday at 10am. This soulful, all levels flow will include aspects to honor mothers, Mother Nature, Divine Mother, a mother’s unconditional love- you name it, we’re bringing it. Jai Ma!
Hope to see you there!
If I haven’t been around as much lately, it’s because the yoga garden has been calling my name. There’s always something new popping up or some lovely creature dropping by. It’s my favorite- a great place for practicing yoga all year. But this happens to be one of my absolute favorite times of the year to practice yoga and meditate outdoors.
Check out this gallery of what’s been going on lately in the yoga garden… hope to see you here soon!
(Special thanks to Rita Spiegel for the photo of her pup Kharma and I!)
Hello there, yoga beauties! Another week is about to commence, and the yoga goddesses are going to be kicking it off on the mat! We will be meeting for our regular Monday class at 10am.
I have a good feeling that this will finally be a class without rain. Hallelujah! So, we will be taking it out in the garden- maybe over by the beautiful roses. Come check it out!
