“Blessed mother, the Ashtibhujaa, the jananee, the divine, nursing and nurturing, the source of all affection, love and courage, the symbol of divinity, dignity and grace, reality among all non-realities, power among all the impotence, and glow against all darkness. The destroyer of the demons, ill will and negativity– cleansing and purifying the strength of the Self. Oh Creative Mother, the giver of freedom and strength, give us joy and happiness today and dwell in us forever so we can serve the Earth in Thy grace, love humanity in Thy name, and reach the ecstasy for Thy sake. Sat Nam.”

It’s day 3 of the 40-day global sadhana to release fear and become a conscious leader. This global sadhana challenges the participants with a 31-minute daily meditation (demonstrated above). It’s quite intense. Like many kriyas, it requires the practioner to dig deep and push beyond any mental blockages.
Just. Keep. On.

“When you do not consciously relate to your body, your mind does not consciously relate to you.”
Yesterday, I received the email introducing Spirit Voyage‘s next 40-day Global Sadhana, led by Snatam Kaur and Sopurkh Singh. If you watch the video above, they expound on what this global sadhana will entail.
It will begin on February 6 and continue through March 16, and it will center on releasing fear and becoming a conscious leader.
Once again, I’m in! Sounds like just what the (Divine) doctor ordered.
