“Letting go and letting God…” Amen, Doreen!
In my class today, we played with all of the new-ness that’s happening right now. Today is Chinese New Year as well as new moon. And over the weekend, a very dear friend of mine gave birth to her first child. Inspired by this ‘seedling’ energy- all of these new beginnings that are sprouting up, we used our practice to clear and release the ‘old’ in order to make room for the ‘new’.
