Hurray! It’s the first week of spring!
I have 2 classes on the schedule this week- my regular class on Monday at 10am and a special ‘Yoga Basics’ class on Saturday at 10am. Both of these classes will be held outdoors, and the monsoons are forecasted to arrive this week… so please check back often for any schedule changes.
